Per i mesi di Giugno - Luglio - Agosto e Settembre sarà richiesta la tassa di soggiorno pari a 1,50€ a persona al giorno fino ad un massimo di 7 giorni. Mentre per gli altri mesi sarà richiesta la tassa di soggiorno pari a 1€ a persona al giorno per un massimo di 7 giorni.

La cancellazione della prenotazione può essere effettuata fino a 14 giorni prima del check-in. In caso di mancato arrivo o di cancellazione in ritardo verrà trattenuta eventuale caparra o l'anticipo versato
Reservation cancellations can be made up to 14 days before check-in. In case of no show or late cancellation, any deposit or advance paid will be retained

- L'orario di check-in dovrà essere concordato - The check-in time must be agreed
- Il check-out dovrà essere effettuato entro le 10:00 - Check-out must be done by 10:00
- La colazione verrà servita dalle 08:00 alle 9:30 al piano terra - Breakfast will be served from 8am to 9:30am on the ground floor
- Il cambio biancheria del bagno e letti viene effettuato ogni 3 giorni - The change of bathroom and bed linen is done every 3 days
- La pulizia delle camere viene effettuata ogni giorno. Per consentire la pulizia è consigliabile liberare le camere entro le 10:30 - Room cleaning is done every day. To allow for cleaning it is advisable to leave the rooms by 10:30
- Non è possibile preparare da mangiare nelle camere - It is not possible to prepare meals in the rooms
- Non è possibile accogliere ospiti nelle camere/appartamenti - It is not possible to accommodate guests in the rooms / apartments
- E' vietato fumare nella struttura - It is forbidden to smoke in the structure
